InfraRAY stated on the X platform that if Pump.Fun completely abandons Raydium, it would be a "strategic misjudgment," questioning its ability to replicate existing success. He pointed out that if Pump.Fun shifts to a new AMM, it may face multiple risks such as insufficient infrastructure, low demand for token migration, and insufficient trading volume in the early stages of listing.
Co-founder Alon Cohen of Pump.Fun declined to comment on whether to launch its own AMM.
