Just a phone notification popped up: someone’s “AI Agent” helping you trade automatically, clicking in and the red dot flashing, I almost casually linked my wallet… Stop, really stop. To put it plainly, no matter how romantic it sounds, don’t joke about mnemonic phrases, I’d rather be laughed at for being conservative: no screenshots, no cloud storage, no sending to “support”, writing it down on paper and stuffing it in is the most old-fashioned but safest. Don’t find signing authorization troublesome either, when I see those “unlimited authorization / one-click confirmation” pop-ups, I now take a second look, give small amounts if possible, revoke authorization after use. The more exaggerated the AI narrative, the more I feel that security is easier to overlook details, anyway I’d rather miss a few trades than wake up in the middle of the night to find my wallet empty… That’s all for now.
