There's also one that's even more extreme, directly switched from short to long, using 3x leverage to do 20,000 ETH long positions, essentially a reverse bet on price going up.

The logic of the entire situation is actually very clear: whales right now have just one thought —— either quickly close losing positions to reduce risk exposure, or once profits are secured, immediately transition to new opportunities, the core principle is "don't be stubborn, adjust quickly."
