To thank all users for their continued support of Gate Perp DEX, we’re launching the Long & Short King Competition! Whether you’re a bullish warrior or a sharp bearish hunter, this is your ultimate arena to showcase trading skills. No teams required, win your share of the 50,000 USDT prize pool purely on individual performance!

Event Period: November 27, 2025, 11:00 (UTC) – December 25, 2025, 11:00 (UTC)

Eligibility: All Gate users can participate by simply connecting their wallet and clicking [Join Now] on the event page.

Event 1: Trading Arena — Long & Short King Ranking Challenge

During the event, all profitable closed trades on Gate Perp DEX will be recorded to calculate your “Long-Short Score”, the core metric of this competition. All rankings and rewards are based on this score.

1. Long-Short Score Rules

• Score Per Trade = Net Profit (USDT) × Direction Coefficient
• Long profit: Direction Coefficient = +1
• Short profit: Direction Coefficient = –1
• A user’s total score is the sum of all profitable trade scores during the event.
• Users with a positive total score (> 0) are classified as Net Long Gainers, and users with a negative total score (< 0) are classified as Net Short Gainers.

2. Reward Structure:

“Long & Short King” Overall Leaderboard (by positive scores descending)

• 1st Place: 8,000 USDT
• 2nd Place: 4,000 USDT
• 3rd Place: 3,000 USDT
• 4th–10th Place: 1,000 USDT each
• 11th–30th Place: 500 USDT each

“Directional Stars” Special Leaderboards (by net scores)

• Long Star Leaderboard (positive scores)

1st Place: 1,000 USDT

2nd–5th Place: 300 USDT each

• Short Star Leaderboard (negative scores)

1st Place: 1,000 USDT

2nd–5th Place: 300 USDT each

Lucky Participant Reward

All users who complete at least 3 profitable trades during the event will enter a random lucky draw. A total of 200 lucky users will be selected, each receiving 30 USDT.

Event 2: Invite & Earn — Boost Rewards Together

You may claim a personal referral link from the event page and invite friends to join. A referral is considered a valid referral when the friend joins this event via your link and completes at least 1 profitable trade. For each valid referral, you will receive 5 USDT. If you successfully invite 5 qualified users, you will receive an additional 25 USDT!

Additionally, an Invitation Leaderboard will be set up. The top 10 users with the highest number of valid referrals will each receive an extra 60 USDT in rewards.

Event Rules:

1. Participants must click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register for the event and complete identity verification to receive rewards.
2. To ensure fairness, the number of wallets linked to a single IP is strictly monitored. Any abnormal multiple-account activity will be considered a violation, and result in disqualification.
3. All airdrop rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.
4. Net Futures Trading Volume = Open Position Volume + Close Position Volume
5. USDT airdrops from different event tasks can be combined.
6. In the trading ranking challenge, if none of the participants meet the minimum individual futures trading volume requirement, the corresponding airdrop rewards will not be distributed. Those who meet the minimum trading volume requirement will be ranked based on the order they reach the criteria, and they will receive the reward spots in sequence.
7. Please note that the rankings displayed on the real-time leaderboard do not filter out participants who haven’t met the minimum trading volume requirement and therefore do not represent the final results. Final rewards will be distributed based on the verified list of eligible winners.
8. “New users” under the same identity verification are not allowed to create multiple wallet accounts to join the event. Existing wallet accounts that are canceled and then sign up again will also not be regarded as “new users”.
9. Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is deemed to be involved in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive conduct, including but not limited to wash trading, improper order matching, bulk account registration, or any other dishonest behaviors. Engaging in fraudulent actions, such as self-trading, wash trading, coordinated trading, market manipulation, or any other type of illegal trading, will result in disqualification from the event and forfeiture of airdrop eligibility.
10. Users participating in multiple activities during the same period will receive only the highest-value airdrop. The platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of these terms.
11. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
