Odaily News NextGen Digital Platforms announced that it has signed a financing agreement with an independent buyer to privately issue up to 2,000 company special warrants in a non-brokerage manner, aiming to raise up to 200 Canadian dollars. It is reported that this financing will be paid in the form of BTC and ETH, and these digital assets will be held by a third-party custodian designated by the company.
