KindlyMD purchased 5,743.91 BTC worth $678.96 million at an average price of $118,204.88 per BTC, according to Nakamoto's post X on August 19. These two companies have completed their merger.
This move is part of the strategy to build a Bitcoin treasury aiming for 1 million BTC. Previously, in May 2025, KindlyMD purchased 21 BTC for 2.3 million dollars. With the current market price around 116,476 dollars, the new purchase is experiencing a slight loss, posing a challenge for the one-time purchase strategy compared to averaging down.
