According to ChainCatcher news, Jin10 reported that the number of people continuing to apply for unemployment benefits in the U.S. for the week ending August 9 was 1.972 million, exceeding the market expectation of 1.96 million. The previous value was revised from 1.953 million to 1.942 million.
