Bloomberg ETF analyst: Rex Solana ETF application transformed into a registered investment company
Golden Finance reports that Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the Rex Solana ETF is transitioning from a C corporation to a registered investment company (Registered Inv Co) to eliminate tax burdens, thus gaining a competitive advantage. At the same time, the Solana Spot ETFs, including Rex, submitted their third amended filing today, and approval has almost become a certainty.
