VanEck's digital research director: The current market's cooling phase is another sign of a big pump

Golden Finance reported that Matthew Sigel, Director of Digital Asset Research at VanEck, stated in a recent investor report that if the persistence of the current cycle is consistent with previous trends, it may indicate a market top between the second and fourth quarters of 2025. Historically, the cryptocurrency market has experienced a clear four-year cycle, with significant price peaks typically occurring after the top. The cycles from 2013 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2021 have both followed this trend, with historical highs being set after each halving. Sigel's analysis believes that the current market cooling phase is a precursor to another big pump.
