Jinshi data news on December 21st, local time on December 20th, Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmyhal said during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) that Ukraine plans to stop transporting Russian natural gas to Europe through its natural gas transmission system from 7 am on January 1, 2025. However, Shmyhal also stated that if the European Commission makes a request and meets a series of legal and technical conditions, it does not rule out the possibility of continuing to transport natural gas from Russia through Ukraine to Europe.
