📈 Crypto Investment: When to Rotate Capital and When to Hold Steady?
In the cryptocurrency market, thinking about selling the coins you are holding to switch to another coin is very normal. Especially when seeing a particular coin "pumping" strongly, the feeling of wanting to jump in so as not to miss out on the opportunity (FOMO) is almost a natural reflex for many investors.
However, practical experience shows that chasing after coins that are rising in price does not always yield good results. In many cases, investors buy at the peak just because of FOMO, only to suffer losses when the price adjusts sharply.
Personally, I also have a habit of rotating capital, but only when I clearly see that the coin I am holding needs more time to grow, while another more attractive and certain opportunity is opening up. In other words, capital rotation should only be carried out when you have a convincing reason and a specific plan, not just due to temporary emotions.
On the contrary, if your portfolio is performing steadily and profits are still growing well, there is no reason to sell to "chase" another coin. Sometimes, the best trade is not to buy more or sell out, but to patiently hold and let the market operate on its own over time.
In the world of crypto, there are thousands of coins, and you won't be able to buy them all. The important thing is to choose good projects, hold them with faith and a clear strategy, rather than constantly chasing every "wave" in the market.
