According to the latest Financial Institution survey, Asian stock markets are expected to outperform the US stock market this quarter. This forecast is based on the more attractive valuation levels and earnings prospects of the Asian markets.

Since the beginning of the year, the MSCI Asia-Pacific Index has recorded an increase of approximately 22%, significantly surpassing the 14% growth of the S&P 500 Index. If this trend continues, it will mark the first time since 2022 that the MSCI Asia-Pacific Index outperforms the U.S. stock market benchmark for the full year.

Recent surveys conducted among multiple strategists and fund managers show that more than two-thirds of respondents expect the leading trend of Asian stock markets to continue.
