JPMorgan executives: The bank will participate in cryptocurrency trading business, but will still not engage in custody.



According to a report by Cryptobriefing, the head of digital asset markets at JPMorgan has confirmed that the bank plans to enter the encryption trading business, but there are currently no plans to launch custody services. The company is exploring partnerships with third-party custody institutions to support its growing digital asset business. JPMorgan acknowledges that through new business integrations, Bitcoin and related encryption currencies will significantly expand its market coverage.
