The weak all have a glass heart and are sensitive to feelings of humiliation.

The strong are all shameless + numb to humiliation.

The weak are always entangled in unchangeable objective conditions, believing that the problems I have today are all because of others.

For example, when I was a child, the influence of my family of origin made me very insecure. I grew up in a poor family, my parents often suppressed me, or my parents divorced, which made me feel inferior, sensitive, lacking love, and not believing in myself. Come on, how your parents treated you when you were a child and what kind of family you were born into are already unchangeable objective facts. Why get so tangled up about it?

A person's background has an impact, but it is not so determinative. Zhu Yuanzhang was a beggar in his childhood, yet he could still become an emperor when he grew up, right?

You cannot choose your parents, but you can choose what kind of parent you want to be and what kind of life you want to have.

If you're lacking confidence, work on boosting it. If you don't have money, strive to earn it. If you lack skills, focus on improving them. Don't use your family background and unchangeable circumstances as excuses for your weaknesses and laziness!
