I just saw a post from someone saying alts are dead because there are too many coins and we need “dilution”… I can’t 😭

These people don’t even understand what an emerging market consists of.

When you say SPX, you’re referring to everything from the Mag 7 to the lowest penny stocks.
Same thing when you say crypto you’re not only talking about Bitcoin, you’re talking about everything, including the shittiest coins that are down 99.99%.

But it is true that these cycles will evolve, and eventually we’ll reach a point where only a few select projects perform maybe 6-7 that lead, another 20–30 or more that follows, and the rest will completely die for years.

The thing is, we’re still far from that level of decorrelation. The entire crypto market cap is only around $3T some of you don’t realize how small that is, We’re still in a phase where every crypto project has to prove itself worthy to continue in the evolutionary path.

And it’s actually the opposite of “dilution” we want more coins we want more projects that can bring more capital into the space.
