Did some research on Montage Technology.
The "tenfold multiplier effect" of MRDIMM sounds very appealing.
Current industry pain points: AI servers require high computing power, but memory bandwidth is insufficient. HBM is too expensive and has low capacity, while traditional DDR5 is too slow.
Solution: The industry is being forced to adopt MRDIMM (Multiplexed Rank DIMM) technology on a large scale.
Ordinary DDR5 memory module: Montage sells 1 chip.
