Many traders' problems are not about technology but about mindset — you're desperately trying to make the market fit your expectations, which is doomed to be a futile battle.

The real turning point is often very simple: let go of control. When you no longer freak out over every candlestick, no longer see the ups and downs as gains or losses for yourself, and instead start observing whether the structure has been broken or if the system is still functioning, you'll find that the rhythm naturally stabilizes.

A pullback is not the market targeting you, and losses are not blows. To put it bluntly, the market doesn't even know you exist — it just breathes and fluctuates. How much uncertainty you can tolerate determines how far you can go in trading.

Accepting loss of control is the beginning of maturity.

You're absolutely right. These past few years have been all about learning this. I used to watch the charts obsessively like a madman, but now I earn more steadily. --- The market doesn't know I exist—that's what that statement hit home. Indeed, I need to remind myself constantly. --- Giving up control is really a threshold; without experiencing a few margin calls, it's hard to understand. --- Regarding mindset, it's easy to say but extremely difficult to do, and it requires repeated learning. --- Accepting loss of control... sounds a bit philosophical, but that's just how it is in trading. --- I felt like I was cue'd during the candlestick jump scene—that was so real, haha. --- Focus on observing structure rather than chasing prices; this approach has helped me avoid several pitfalls. --- Tolerance for uncertainty determines everything—that's a phrase that should be plastered on my forehead.

You're absolutely right. I used to be the kind of person who constantly stared at the charts all day, but I later realized that the market simply doesn't care about me. Only by stepping back can I see clearly. The more I try to control, the more chaotic it becomes. This mindset is truly more valuable than any technical indicator.

That's right, I was awakened this way. Staring at the candlestick charts and scolding myself is just asking for trouble. Me too... I used to obsess over the ups and downs of a few points every day, and as a result, I became more and more anxious. Only later did I realize that the market simply doesn't care about me. The phrase "let go of control" woke me up. Really, accepting uncertainty can actually help you earn more. This saying is spot on. No matter how good your skills are, a poor mindset is useless. Agreed. If you can't get past your mindset, you're just playing along with the market. But on the other hand, knowing and doing are two different things. That's the real challenge.

You're so right. I used to be that kind of fool who took candlestick charts as personal grudges and fought over them. The market doesn't care about us at all, haha. We have to accept this to live comfortably.

It's so true, the mindset is really the biggest pitfall; many people die here without even realizing it. This sentence hit me... The market simply doesn't know you exist, it's so heartbreaking. Giving up control is easy to say but hard to do; not many can truly achieve it. But on the other hand, the framework of how much uncertainty one can endure still has some value.

Exactly, that's how I survived haha --- When it comes to mindset, it's truly the ceiling; technical skills are actually minor --- I should get a tattoo of the phrase "give up control," every time I blow up my account, I need to read it --- The market doesn't even know I exist—this hits hard, I have to accept that I'm just a tiny ant --- Now I finally understand, I was just boxing with the market before, and the market was sleeping --- Indeed, most losses are caused by oneself, not the market's fault
