After entering the crypto world, how should we trade,
Develop strategies, control our mindset—these are shared insights from seasoned veterans. Let’s study together! Let’s motivate each other.
1. Rapid rise and slow fall = Main force eating up
After a big bullish candle, the price drags down slowly, but without volume collapse—this indicates the main force is secretly accumulating chips. Don’t rush to run; just give them a lift.
2. Sharp decline and weak rebound = Exit quickly
After a big bearish candle, the rebound doesn’t even reach half of the previous move. If you can’t get back above the 20-day moving average in three days? Don’t hesitate—get out immediately. The market won’t reward those who “carry luggage” for others.
3. Massive volume isn’t necessarily a top; shrinking volume is deadly
High volume at a high level may scare retail investors into thinking it’s the top, but the main force often wants to push further. The true top is when volume shrinks, silence prevails, and no one cares—that’s when you should start taking profits in stages.
4. Bottoms need “voting” three times to count
First rebound is a fake move, second bottom test is a trial, third consecutive three-week volume increase without new lows + breaking the neckline—that’s a real sign of takeoff.
5. Chart patterns reflect emotions; volume indicates heartbeat
Shrinking volume on a downtrend = heartbeat weakening
Sudden volume surge and sharp decline = heartbeat stopping
Moderate volume increase = health recovery
The 60-day moving average volume line is a “blood pressure monitor.” Once broken, operate with caution.
6. The highest realm is — holding no position
No urge to trade when out of the market; don’t envy others’ wealth.
Markets have opportunities every year, but those eager to make money every year are always losing.
The faster the rhythm, the sooner you die; the steadier the pace, the thicker the profits.
The hardest part isn’t knowing how to buy or sell, but knowing how to wait.
Bull markets depend on entering the market; surviving until the end depends on patience.
