I threw $250k at ZEC's private send feature the other day to see how it performs in real trading conditions. The slippage came in at 70 basis points—honestly not terrible. But here's where it gets wild: price volatility hit an absolutely insane 1,789,235 bips. That kind of fluctuation completely overshadows the slippage issue.
There's clearly a straightforward fix for this, something nobody's really tackled properly yet. When you're dealing with privacy-focused coins like ZEC, the mechanics need to account for this kind of volatility. Right now it's just rough around the edges.
