Running price trackers all day is genuinely exhausting. Between constant alerts for every micro-movement and trying to catch the next swing, your brain just starts shorting out. At some point you wonder if monitoring every tick is actually helping your trading strategy or just fraying your nerves.

Staring at the screen so much I start to doubt my life, I totally get this feeling, it's really not worth it.

Staring at the market all day, my mind is already foggy... After watching for so long, I realize I'm just torturing myself. Why bother? Prices fluctuate so frequently, I can't catch them at all. It's better to just sleep. I heard someone got anxiety from over-tracking. We need to take it easy. Set a stop-loss and exit, don't bother with pointless short-term high-frequency trading.

Damn, that's why I turned off all push notifications later.

Really, staring at the screen until it hurts, those push notifications are simply mental executioners.
