The market lessons of $ZEC often teach people that it's not about how to read the K-line, but about how to keep a steady mindset.

Why is getting liquidated so painful? It's not just the account balance dropping to zero, but also the psychological collapse in that instant.

Knowing you should cut losses but still wanting to "wait a bit longer," only to face forced liquidation—it's a regret you'll feel too late.

It may seem that market crashes are due to the market being too fierce, but in reality, they reflect traders' stubbornness. The market has its own rhythm; it won't wait for you just because you haven't decided yet.

Stop-loss is never about admitting defeat; it's a necessary condition for surviving and leaving the battlefield.

Those who can go further in the crypto world are not necessarily right every time, but the key is that they dare to admit mistakes and dare to cut losses. These two skills are far more valuable than prediction ability.

If you're still staring at the charts but feeling clueless, it might be helpful to first clarify your trading logic—where is your stop-loss point, what is your target, and what is your risk-reward ratio. Think through these first, and then take action.

There's really nothing wrong with what you're saying, but to put it that way, when that moment really comes, I'll still gamble. That's just how bad I am.

Here we go again. Staying calm is useless; if the market is going to crash, it will crash. I just want to know why it's so hard to say "stop loss."

Another piece of "Stop Loss Saves Your Life" motivational talk, but honestly, I just can't take it in. Knowing I should cut losses, but I just can't press the button, and only realize it at the moment of liquidation... This is probably my "steady loss strategy."

It's the same old story, I've heard it countless times... The key is that it's impossible to do; if you knew when to cut losses, you wouldn't get liquidated.
