CLO/USDT Watch my take

In the past 24 hours, it surged 36% to the current 0.74 USDT, which is indeed eye-catching. But let's stay calm and consider the risks first.

From a technical perspective, the 4-hour RSI has already risen to 76.58, firmly in overbought territory. The 1-hour MACD histogram is starting to turn negative, and more concerning is that the trading volume has shrunk by nearly 30%—this is a divergence between volume and price, indicating that upward momentum is weakening. Taken together, I have to admit I’m a bit nervous.

If this turns out to be a short-term top, once the main players start selling off, the decline could be sharp. Chasing the high is too risky, and I really don’t recommend it.

**My simple view: now is the time to observe.** Wait for a more favorable risk-reward opportunity. If I must participate, I would only consider a small position on a pullback, definitely not at this level.

Assuming the price can stabilize above the key support of 0.68-0.70 and show signs of stabilization, I might consider a very small position to try:

Entry: around 0.688 with a light position
Stop-loss: below 0.658, then exit
Target: first 0.74, then 0.78

The most important thing is position control—any operation should not exceed 10% of the total position. Sometimes missing a wave of the market isn’t scary; what’s scary is making a wrong move and giving back all the previous profits.

36% increase can't be sustained, RSI76 is almost overbought, with volume shrinking by 30%. Do you still dare to chase? I don't believe this can continue to soar.

A 36% increase is really tempting, but with RSI already at 77, do you still dare to chase? Mainly, the trading volume has shrunk significantly, and the momentum is clearly waning.

A 36% increase is indeed tempting, but the RSI is already overbought. I'll stay on the sidelines for now and wait for a pullback.

A 36% increase is indeed tempting, but the RSI is almost hitting the top. I really dislike the divergence between volume and price—it's a clear bearish trap signal. Those chasing the high are the big fools. I'll wait for a pullback before making a move.

Oh wow, a 36% increase this wave is really impressive, but the RSI has already risen to 76 and you're still chasing? Isn't this just the rhythm of a Ponzi scheme cutting the leeks? Once the volume-price divergence appears, the main players have already started unloading. Our fate as retail investors holding the bag. I think, right now, it's just a setup. Wait for the pullback before making a move. Don't get drawn in.

A 36% increase is so tempting, but the RSI is already at 76, which clearly is courting disaster.
