DOGP completes blockchain security dividend distribution, adding a new feature to the Dogecoin ecosystem

【Crypto World】An interesting news item appeared in the daily company action list of the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)—the over-the-counter traded Dogecoin treasury company Dogecoin Cash, Inc. (Stock code: DOGP) has just completed a stock dividend distribution paid in blockchain assets.

Specifically, DOGP distributed this to all shareholders registered as of December 22, 2025. The distribution ratio is 1:1, meaning each shareholder holding one share of DOGP will receive one unit of blockchain-linked securities, which represent the rights to 1 Dogecoin.

This approach is an interesting fusion of traditional stock markets and crypto assets. By being listed on the over-the-counter (OTC) market, DOGP provides participants with a way to access the Dogecoin ecosystem through traditional securities. This dividend distribution method—using blockchain-linked securities instead of traditional cash or stocks—also reflects the gradual integration of crypto assets into the capital markets.

Haha, this move is really innovative. Traditional stock markets are giving off a Web3 vibe. DOGP is trying to bring Doge into Wall Street, with 1:1 distribution on OTC, which looks quite regulated. I've always said Dogecoin has a story, and now someone is finally acting it out. If this continues, traditional investors can directly enjoy the dividends of Doge. That's pretty interesting. Wait, could this approach give regulators a reason to intervene? But since FINRA has approved it, it means the strategy is quite legitimate. Another signal of breaking barriers, crypto is really becoming more mainstream.

DOGP this move is quite interesting, packaging Dogecoin as a traditional securities play, but it still feels a bit flashy. Isn't it just trying to let retail investors "legally" trade Dogecoin? The tactics are still the same. A 1:1 allocation sounds very comfortable, but actually being able to get it in hand is the real key. OTC play is indeed innovative, just not sure how the liquidity will be.

Haha OTC market is playing new tricks, now traditional stock investors can also benefit from Dogecoin --- Wait, is this intentionally encouraging retail investors to enter? Be careful --- 1:1 allocation? Sounds good, but how's the liquidity of this thing --- This operation is indeed interesting, but it feels a bit complicated --- Damn, is DOGP risking everything or has it found a way out --- Another hybrid of traditional finance and blockchain circles, could it become the next hot trend --- Dividend distribution to Dogecoin holders? This trick has some real potential --- I just want to know if this can be played domestically --- Being able to do this kind of operation on OTC is also incredible --- The 1:1 ratio feels set up to be too clever

Hmm... The traditional stock market is mixing in blockchain concepts, and the vibe is a bit intense. 1:1 allocation sounds good, but who knows how deep the OTC waters are.

Dogecoin is now following a compliant route, and OTC dividend distribution is indeed quite creative... However, the 1:1 allocation sounds a bit too smooth, and I always feel like there's some trick I haven't seen.
