Recently, I saw some rumors on the chain claiming that I will serve as CTO. I need to clarify—I'm not a CTO. I just noticed the term "Shen Ma Ji Li" during the chain scan, and I thought it fit the Year of the Horse theme and was a popular buzzword during the Web2 phase, so I adopted it.

The main reason I'm speaking out now is that there has been little progress on the dev side in certain areas. However, if I don't proactively clarify my actual role and decisions, I might be misunderstood as taking on responsibilities that don't belong to me. This wouldn't be very fair to the team's transparency and trust.

The boundaries of roles within the project are actually quite important, after all, the community needs to know exactly who is driving each part.

Bro, is this wave mainly about shifting blame or genuinely clarifying? When the dev gets stuck, just explain quickly; it’s a bit awkward. Role boundaries sound nice, but does the community really care? The CTO is just a title; the key is whether they can get things done. They found trending keywords through chain scanning and just used them directly, and now they have to say it out loud again? The word transparency is becoming more suspicious the more it’s talked about in the crypto circle. So what’s the actual progress? Don’t just keep clarifying your identity.

On-chain rumors are so outrageous that even the CTO can make them up. Wait, the dev got stuck and you have to take the blame? That's just ridiculous. "Audit horse accumulation" is all? Reusing hot words to create a persona. Calling for transparency sounds good, but who really cares about role boundaries? Is clarification useful? Those who want to speculate will still do so.

Haha, the CTO rumor is really out of control. I just want to ask who came up with this kind of joke. I get the importance of clarifying role boundaries, otherwise if dev gets stuck, it’s ridiculous to blame others. I really like this proactive clarification, so there’s no need for future disputes. The hot words found through chain scanning were directly used, which is quite down-to-earth. Transparency really needs to be emphasized, otherwise the community will start to speculate. If dev has no progress, it should be clearly communicated, so people don’t guess blindly. The name "Shen Ma Ji Lian" really fits well; the Web2 stuff is alive here again. Clarifying responsibility boundaries makes things easier, no need to take on unjust blame. Not many project teams dare to proactively clarify these days, so it’s pretty good.

Yes, clarifying this way is still correct. Anyway, rumors once start, they can't be stopped. Dev stalls are actually quite common. The key is not to let the community speculate on responsibility. Clarifying role boundaries is indeed important; otherwise, when problems arise later, no one will know who to blame. By the way, the term "audit accumulation" is quite fitting, huh? With messages flying all over the chain, it's still trustworthy to come out and say something proactively.
