BitMine Immersion Technologies Prepares for Shareholders' Annual Meeting on January 15, 2026

Based on the announcement made on December 20, Bitmine Immersion Technologies—a blockchain infrastructure company specializing in Ethereum and listed on NYSE American—has scheduled its shareholders' annual meeting for January 15, 2026. The event will be held in Las Vegas and will serve as an opportunity for shareholders to exercise their voting rights.

During this annual meeting, shareholders will elect eight board members to serve for the next one-year term. In addition to the leadership election process, several other important agenda items are scheduled for approval.

The agenda items to be considered include amendments to the company's bylaws aimed at increasing the number of authorized common shares.
