Rising productivity metrics often hide a harsh reality: a job market that's becoming increasingly competitive and volatile. Higher output per worker doesn't necessarily translate to job security or wage growth—sometimes it just means doing more with fewer hands on deck. Worth thinking about what this means for economic stability.

Productivity data looks good, but wages haven't increased, which is outrageous.

It seems like efficiency is skyrocketing, but in reality, everyone is working 996 to be squeezed dry. Asking for a raise? What are you thinking, buddy?

The rhetoric about productivity increase... is actually just a disguised form of exploitation. Anyway, I just realized it now. Doing more still earns the same amount, and I have to worry about being suddenly laid off one day. I don't see any economic stability in this.

An increase in productivity is just a cover; the real issue is that work is becoming more intense, and wages are not rising.

Productivity data looks good, but behind it is just forcing employees to work themselves to death. Fewer people, yet output actually increases—this consensus mechanism is no different from layoffs. True network stability should be based on sustainable human resources; currently, this system design is flawed.
