Decentralized social track has been active in recent years. Some developers in Asia are actively promoting the research and development of social Web3 products and operations, aiming to create truly decentralized user interaction platforms. In terms of product form, decentralized social has advantages over traditional platforms in that users own their data, have greater freedom of speech, and stronger resistance to censorship. However, to truly grow this track, efforts must be made in user experience, network effects, and business models. Currently, many teams are exploring in this direction, but whether they can create blockbuster products and establish genuine user stickiness still needs time to prove. The imagination space for decentralized social is considerable, but from concept to large-scale application, the road is still long.

No matter how good the concept sounds, in the end, it all depends on whether people use it. Essentially, this is just repeating the network effect, but history has shown that most of them have failed. Be patient and wait; there will always be cheaper opportunities.

Idea 1: Claiming to be decentralized social, but still relying on capital infusion. Stop the hype. Idea 2: Wait, are there really people using these projects? Or are they just self-congratulating? Idea 3: Data ownership sounds good, but most people don't care at all. Idea 4: Another bunch of concepts. When will we see a real hit? Don't tell me there's no timetable. Idea 5: Products pushed by Asian teams. This is more reliable, more down-to-earth than those American boastful things.

Honestly, freedom of speech sounds good, but when your community is full of spam, it really breaks your patience.

Sounds like the same old clichés... data ownership, freedom of speech, all nice words, but what is the reality? User experience is still a mess, and network effects are even more of a joke.

The idea is too idealistic; user experience is the key.

The ideal is very appealing, but the user experience might be a hurdle. I'll wait until a hit product comes out before making a move.

It sounds good, but the user experience is really a major flaw.
