#密码资产动态追踪 Stellar (XLM)迎来a wave of major upgrades in 2025. In simple terms, it’s about innovating in the areas of scalability and privacy.

First, on performance — by optimizing the underlying architecture, transaction throughput has surpassed 2000 transactions per second, which is quite impressive for a public blockchain. Even more exciting is the protocol upgrade called "Whisk" (Protocol 23), which, according to the official statement, is the most significant enhancement since the launch of smart contract functionality. The goal is clear: reduce costs, improve user experience, and make it easier for developers to use.

How effective is it? The total value locked (TVL) in the network has increased by 95%. This number is quite convincing.

But the upgrades didn’t stop there. Stellar has announced that around January 22, 2026, it will launch the "X-Ray" protocol (Protocol 25). The highlight of this upgrade is native support for zero-knowledge proof primitives — in simple terms, opening new avenues for configurable privacy applications. For applications with privacy needs, this could be a game-changer.

Overall, Stellar is building a faster, more private infrastructure. The idea is good, but whether the execution can keep up will be the real point to watch.
