The tech bubble script played out at CES 2026, and the套路 is actually very old.

As for AI glasses, it's following the old path of smartwatches—big companies rushing in, ultimately dying out, with only one or two surviving as entry points. Humanoid robots are even more absurd, completely repeating the 2021 metaverse approach; the story is told very smoothly, but reality can't keep up with the pace. Companion robots are also very similar to the 2015 wave of smart toys—users pay for emotional value, but the business model is a mess, and they all eventually died. AI rings can't escape this fate either; the history of wearable devices is right in front of us—playing around, only brand effect and data platforms truly survive.

Round after round of bubbles, repeated cycles. This is the cyclical fate of the tech industry.
