What is a healthy sense of inferiority?

A healthy sense of inferiority does not stem from comparing oneself to others, but from comparing oneself to the "ideal self."
It involves neither feeling inferior nor needing to boast superiority, but maintaining a calm and natural state. True love should be like this.
When I read this, I thought of what a blogger said a few days ago: most of us feel happy because we compare our misfortunes with others, which makes us feel fortunate. I hope that in the future, our happiness does not come from "comparing with others," but from finding inner peace and genuinely feeling happy from within.
