A practical issue faced while working at Chainlink—how to receive your compensation? Stablecoins or LINK tokens? Many practitioners are torn between this choice. Taking stablecoins is more secure, avoiding volatility risks; choosing LINK may allow sharing in the project's growth benefits, but you must endure market fluctuations. It depends on your risk appetite and your outlook on the project's prospects. What would you choose?

I still need LINK. Trust Sergey’s vision; the stablecoin approach is too conservative.

I think I will go all in on LINK, anyway stablecoins can be exchanged anytime. --- Stablecoins are too boring. If not all in on LINK now, what are you waiting for? --- NGL, if you believe in Chainlink long-term, you gotta hold the coin, otherwise what's the point of hanging around here? --- Honestly, those holding stablecoins probably don't have much confidence in the project... I would definitely choose LINK. --- This question is really about whether you believe in this project or not. --- Is holding LINK not attractive? Volatility? Just treat it as DCA.

Just go all-in on LINK. Anyway, working here and trusting the project is pointless; might as well take a gamble.

tbh if you're not taking LINK at this point in the accumulation phase, you're basically sprinting when you should be running the marathon. stables pay the bills, but tokens? that's where ecosystem momentum compounds. been at this long enough to know—the real wealth comes to those who stack during the grind, not the ones chasing comfort. fundamentals haven't changed. they've only gotten stronger.

My goodness, this problem is really tormenting. I had already chosen stablecoins a long time ago. Anyway, LINK hasn't had any surprises in recent years. LINK isn't a hundredfold coin. If you ask me, cash is king. Don't think you can get rich just by relying on salary. Stablecoins are the best, sleep peacefully, and don't have to watch the market every day. This is probably the difference between a gambler's mentality and a rational person's. I choose the former. To be honest, those who choose LINK are probably very confident in their projects. I don't have that confidence.
