Developer onboarding remains the critical bottleneck for emerging Web3 applications. The trajectory mirrors what we witnessed with meme coin projects last year—strong community voices and early adopters were instrumental in building momentum during that cycle.

Take the comparison with similar platforms: those with solid content creation and structured developer recruitment processes built sustainable growth flywheels. The pattern is clear—it's not just about the product, but about systematically bringing capable builders into the ecosystem.

For projects aiming to scale, solving the developer attraction and integration pipeline becomes non-negotiable. Without fresh technical talent flowing in consistently, even promising platforms hit a growth ceiling. The infrastructure and culture around onboarding aren't luxuries—they're foundational to long-term viability.

That's right, developers are the lifeblood of the ecosystem. Without them, all efforts are pointless. The meme coin craze was indeed crazy, but after the hype died down, everything went silent. The key is to retain builders. This is the true moat, more solid than any marketing gimmick.

Basically, no one is coming to build. Meme coin tokens can create an ecosystem, but when it comes to serious projects, they get stuck.

Well said, developers are truly the lifeblood of Web3; without coding, everything is pointless... --- I saw the wave of meme coin tokens; the community voices are indeed strong, but if you can't retain developers, it will still cool off... --- It's a bit competitive now; even onboarding processes have become a battleground... --- The flywheel concept sounds simple but is hard to implement; you really need to treat developers well... --- Honestly, most projects don't pay enough attention to developers, no wonder people are leaving... --- Infrastructure and culture are two things that really can't be skipped; otherwise, it's digging your own grave... --- The meme coin example from last year perfectly illustrates the issue—rising fast and cooling off just as quickly... --- I've seen plenty of projects with poor onboarding experiences; no wonder the ecosystem is dying... --- Whoever can streamline the developer recruitment process will win, it's that simple... --- The bottleneck is indeed here, but how many projects truly value developer experience...

That's right, without developers, it's just an empty shell. No matter how good the idea is, it's useless. --- The wave of meme coins was really a lesson; relying solely on community hype can't build an ecosystem. --- The key is to establish a complete recruitment system; otherwise, no matter how much funding you raise, you can't retain people. --- Currently, these projects only have ideas; they haven't thought through the infrastructure at all. --- Platforms with poor onboarding experiences will die sooner or later. This is not a small problem. --- It seems successful projects understand this principle. What about ours? --- Continuous blood transfusions of developers are necessary to survive; otherwise, it's just a flash in the pan. --- So ultimately, it still depends on culture and systems; relying solely on hype won't work.

To be honest, developer experience is really a bottleneck right now. Just like last year's meme coin wave, having community hype alone isn't enough. It seems that many projects just lack a systematic recruitment mechanism. Only by focusing on both social engagement and product development can they survive longer. Now, not to mention new projects, even the leading ones are competing for developers. Whoever can build a good onboarding system will win, right?

Developers getting onboard is indeed a bottleneck, but to be honest, it still depends on the community pull... Having a product with no users is still pointless.
