The latest wealth report data reveals an interesting phenomenon. The accumulation path for high-net-worth individuals is often as follows: mainland China’s millionaires typically complete their first 9 million yuan of initial wealth at around age 43, and it usually takes a full ten years to go from a million to ten million. For the middle class, approximately 7 million yuan in liquid assets has become a dividing line.

What’s even more noteworthy is the data on investments—over one-third (34%) of surveyed millionaires admit to allocating alternative assets, including high-return products such as cryptocurrencies. This indicates that beyond traditional asset allocation, an increasing number of high-net-worth investors are beginning to explore digital assets to optimize their asset structure. This trend reflects a subtle shift in the mainstream investment community’s view of cryptocurrencies.
