By early 2026, a Layer1 track that combines privacy and compliance is taking shape. A project has been laying the groundwork since 2018—deeply cultivating privacy financial infrastructure, and recently has achieved three visible milestones.

The first is the upcoming launch of DuskEVM mainnet in the second week of January. This means developers can deploy contracts directly using Solidity, while settlement occurs on Layer1, bypassing the deployment difficulties of traditional compliant DeFi. In other words, financial applications hindered by regulation now have a new breakthrough.

More practically, the launch of DuskTrade—partnering with a licensed exchange—has prepared tokenized securities worth 300 million euros for on-chain issuance. Ordinary investors only need to join the waitlist in January to participate in truly compliant RWA investments, no longer exclusive to institutions.

The technical side has also not been neglected. Hedger Alpha is now live, combining zero-knowledge proofs and homomorphic encryption to achieve privacy-preserving, auditable trading modes. This combination is especially suited to current regulatory expectations—protecting privacy while ensuring traceability.
