📈 As of the end of the past week, altcoins account for approximately 50% of the total cryptocurrency trading volume. Bitcoin accounts for about 27%, and Ethereum — about 23%.
➡️ This is the first time in several months that altcoins have surpassed the combined share of the two largest digital assets.
Such a situation occurs during periods when Bitcoin trades within a sideways range after a strong rally, and liquidity shifts toward assets with higher volatility, but it does not guarantee sustainable altcoin rallies.
