The current regulatory framework is suffocating the industry. KYC/AML requirements and broader legislative overreach—like regulations rooted in legacy frameworks—keep tightening the noose on financial freedom. Instead of crafting policies that actually protect while preserving innovation, we're watching crony capitalism masquerade as prudent governance. Economic freedom isn't negotiable. We need a fundamental reset, not incremental fixes that entrench the same broken system.

Regulation is really a combination of incompetence and playfulness. All the effort on KYC/AML is just to protect big capital. Speaking of which, the fundamental issue is that they don't want to innovate at all; they just want to trap us. Economic freedom? Ha, in their eyes, there's only "controllable" freedom.

Regulatory tightening is just the beginning. Without technical support, Bitcoin starts to bleed directly. The buy-the-dip signals I shared in the group the day before yesterday all exploded. But to be honest, the KYC system has long been a tool for the manipulators to harvest retail investors. I’ve been saying it—true economic freedom is impossible to achieve; it's all false promises from capitalists. But we still have to play. Reset completely? That’s probably just a pipe dream. We can only pray that the next bull market will make up for the losses.

Bro, what you said really hits home. KYC/AML is indeed a shackle; big institutions benefit while retail investors get stuck.

Regulation has trapped everyone, really. The KYC/AML system has long needed to be changed. --- It's the same rhetoric again... Nepotism capitalism just wears a governance cloak and becomes legitimate. --- Reset completely? Ha, who dares to touch this cake now? --- The problem isn't regulation itself, but who is setting the rules. --- They talk about economic freedom every day, but true freedom has already been locked by vested interests. --- They're right, but nothing can be changed; the system is too solid. --- Patchwork won't work; it has to be shattered and rebuilt from scratch.
