A certain user's Bitcoin account is valued at over 80 million yuan. Authorities in two locations have intervened, with charges repeatedly changing.

According to reports, Shenzhen IT professional Li Dong was investigated by police in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, and Changge, Henan, on charges including "gambling" due to holding a large amount of Bitcoin.

Zhangjiajie police seized 103 BTC and liquidated approximately 49.61 million yuan, while Changge police seized 80 BTC, with a total value exceeding 80 million yuan.

Subsequently, the case was charged with "theft" and "infringement of citizens' personal information." It was heard in Changge City Court in January. The defense lawyer argued for innocence, and the court announced a recess, with a retrial scheduled.

The prosecution's core allegations:
Li Dong exploited a vulnerability in the server program of the overseas gambling website "Kaiyun Sports" to gain management access to agent accounts through technical means, replacing the rebate bank account with one under his control, and stole approximately 35.5 million yuan in agent rebate funds, including:
• Over 6.44 million yuan transferred to 13 bank cards under his control;
• Over 29.05 million yuan used to purchase Bitcoin and other virtual currencies through a certain gang, transferred into Li Dong's wallet (this part is alleged to be the source of stolen Bitcoin).
