MEME coins are never inherently sinful; the real issue is whether someone is willing to persist. Doge, SHIB, PEPE have lasted until now not because of a wave of hype, but due to continuous cultural output and community accumulation behind them. Some people see a project become popular and want to copy it; but what happens? Lack of substantial content, no community stickiness, no long-term patience—ultimately, it's just a hot potato. When the market is hot, it's hard to tell the difference; the true moment of clarity comes when the tide recedes—that's when you can see clearly who is genuinely working and who is just swimming naked. So rather than chasing the trend, it's better to ask yourself what you can contribute to the project, or what makes this project worth your continued support.

Basically, it's about who can endure. Anyone who has been through gas wars understands this principle.

That's very true. These days, many projects just look at others getting popular and want to copy, but they all end up dead on the beach. Really, persistence is the key; short-term hype is just not meaningful. PEPE and that group indeed have something; the community cohesion is right there. There are so many trash projects, so when screening, you need to be extremely sharp; otherwise, you're just giving the market a bunch of chives. This point hits the nail on the head—when the tide goes out, only then do the naked swimmers reveal themselves. I look at whether the community is active and the integrity of the project team—that's the core of the selection. After the hype dies down, it's time for testing; only those who can withstand the cold start are true projects.

mempool's been screaming all week, but yeah... the real signal? checking which communities still showing up when gwei spikes and nobody's watching. doge holders paid gas fees like it was sacred, pepe cultists too. that's the difference between noise and actual conviction, ngl.

You're so right. Now everywhere you see clowns saying "I also want to issue tokens," but everyone knows how it will end. Genuine meme coins require cultural accumulation; relying solely on hype will eventually lead to a crash. Only when the tide recedes can you see clearly who is genuinely working hard and who is just here to harvest the profits. This wave will probably wipe out many projects, and only those that survive are truly valuable. Instead of following the trend, it's better to think about why this thing is worth my time to hold.

You're absolutely right. These days, there are trash coins everywhere trying to ride the hype, but only those who are willing to fight hard can truly survive. That's why I'm still holding onto a few early ones. Having just the concept without a community is just a money-grabbing scheme for retail investors.
