When the price drops, their mindset collapses, they rush to cut the position, only to see the coin rebound to the expected price. Playing like this repeatedly, even the best trading logic becomes useless.

The strongest trading ability, simply put, is managing your psychological expectations. Set your stop-loss and target, then wait. Endure loneliness, withstand fluctuations, only then can a good trade truly secure your gains.

There’s no real secret, just being ruthless enough not to look at the market. This hits too close to home; it’s always like this… It’s really about mental preparation—set a stop-loss and don’t change it; change it, and you lose. I’ve now understood that more than making money, the harder part is not to do stupid things. Some pitfalls can only be understood after stepping into them; I’m still learning this lesson. Everyone is right, but no one can do it…

ngl the mempool's been screaming stop-loss signals way before your emotions do... if you could actually read the on-chain data instead of panic-clicking, you'd save yourself thousands in unnecessary exits. precision timing > emotional decisions, always.
