Bernstein analysts believe that the recent 20% drop in Circle’s stock price has been overinterpreted, as the Clarity Act’s restrictions on stablecoin yields mainly affect distributors, not issuers like Circle. They maintain that Circle’s reserve-based revenue model remains largely unaffected. Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan predicts that by 2030, Circle’s valuation could reach $75 billion. During the sell-off, Ark Invest bought $16 million worth of Circle stock.
