Gelonghui, March 25丨Cornerstone Technology Holdings (08391.HK) announced that on March 25, 2026, its associate company SparkEV Company Limited (“Spark”) entered into a memorandum of understanding with Southern Power Grid Lancang-Mekong International Energy Co., Ltd. (“Southern Power Grid Lancang-Mekong”).

According to the memorandum of understanding, Spark and Southern Power Grid Lancang-Mekong will collaborate to advance the development of Spark. The main goal of this collaboration is to promote Spark’s expansion to over 1,000 charging stations across Thailand. Additionally, both parties expressed opportunities to expand the scope of cooperation beyond Thailand, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam, focusing on regions with strong electric vehicle penetration and significant potential for electric vehicle charging infrastructure development.
