Liu Shirong resigned from the position of president due to approaching retirement age, effective from the time the written resignation was delivered to the board. Following his resignation as president, Liu Shirong will be reassigned as a non-executive director (employee director) effective immediately and will continue to serve as a member of the board’s related party transaction control committee and risk management committee.
