During the discussion, Guangzhou Anju Group introduced the group’s strategic positioning, business layout, and operational management, while Zhuhai Huafa Group shared its explorations and practices regarding the “old for new” business model. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on areas such as investment and construction of affordable housing, urban renewal, renovation of old communities, and asset securitization.
