The Shanghai Futures Exchange has implemented position opening restrictions on certain clients.

SSE (Shanghai Futures Exchange) announcement: On March 11, 2026, in relation to a set of accounts with actual control relationships, the intraday opening transaction volume of the account group on the relevant contracts exceeded the exchange’s handling threshold. The above clients’ trading conduct violated Article 16 of the “Shanghai Futures Exchange Measures for the Management of Abnormal Trading Conduct.” The exchange has decided to take regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant clients on the corresponding contracts.
