Methanol futures closed up 3.01%, synthetic rubber rose 2.32%, PTA increased 1.13%, while polypropylene, asphalt, bottle flakes, paraxylene, corn starch, No. 20 rubber, cotton, propylene, short fibers, soybean meal, soybean oil, rubber, soybean No. 2, rapeseed meal, pulp, white sugar, and corn rose by up to 0.89%, and styrene increased by 0.03%.
Plastic and coking coal futures, on the other hand, closed down by up to 0.16%, rebar, hot-rolled coil, ethylene glycol, and iron ore fell by up to 0.31%, palm oil, benzene, and coke decreased by up to 0.36%, rapeseed oil, cotton yarn, LPG, soybean No. 1, soda ash, and caustic soda fell by up to 0.52%, while PVC, glass, japonica rice, and fuel oil dropped by up to 2.00%, and low-sulfur fuel oil fell 3.02%.
