Gelonghui, March 27丨K Wah International (00173.HK) announced that for the year ending December 31, 2025, the group’s revenue was HKD 1.985 billion, a decrease of 72.38% year-on-year; the loss attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 869 million, while the company’s core loss (excluding the fair value change of investment properties after tax) was HKD 1.292 billion. The loss per share was HKD 0.2757 and the annual dividend was HKD 0.03 per share, which included a final dividend of HKD 0.01 per share.

The core loss primarily stemmed from impairment provisions for development properties due to market conditions, as well as losses attributable to joint ventures with negative profit margins due to pricing pressure on project sales. Nevertheless, the company still maintained strong liquidity, a low debt ratio, and ample financial resources.
