On March 17, Baogang Group held an economic operation analysis meeting for January and February on the 9th floor conference room of the office building. The meeting comprehensively summarized the economic operation situation of Baogang Group for January and February, heard reports from relevant functional departments on special work, and made systematic arrangements and deployments for the key tasks in the next phase. Zhang Zhao, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Baogang Group, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Baogang Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech; Liang Zhigang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Baogang Group, presided over the meeting, with leaders from Baogang Group, heads of various functional departments, and main leaders of the Party and government from various affiliated units participating in the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to fully implement the company’s production and operation plans and requirements, take strong measures around key work such as revenue and profit, accounts receivable collection, inventory turnover, and revenue expansion, carefully analyze the specific issues reflected by financial data, clarify the deviation between actual costs and standard costs, deepen the integration of finance and operations, identify shortcomings, and ensure implementation.

The meeting required strengthening risk control throughout the entire chain in a strict and practical manner, solidifying the safety production responsibilities of all employees, strictly regulating the management of safety measure expenses, promoting the 5S special improvement action, regularly conducting hidden hazard inspections and rectifications, and building a solid safety barrier for the stable operation of the enterprise. It is essential to focus on scientific research investment, study and grasp the proportion of R&D investment, and accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements into productive forces. A new marketing model of “increment, quality improvement, and expansion” should be systematically constructed, improving the research-production-sales service system, seizing government project opportunities, and ensuring effective scientific research support. An integrated intelligent marketing platform should be created, solidly promoting quality improvement and increased production of key rare earth steel products, improving international export certification, and comprehensively enhancing product quality and international market access capabilities. It is necessary to continuously optimize the product structure, focus on high value-added and high market demand product sectors, cultivate new profit growth points and core competitive advantages, and accelerate the transformation into advanced materials suppliers and comprehensive material solution service providers. Deep collaboration between the procurement end and the manufacturing end should be deepened, accurately matching production needs with procurement supplies, strictly controlling comprehensive procurement costs and reasonable inventory levels, comprehensively enhancing supply chain security and production operation efficiency, ensuring efficient production lines maintain stable output, and promoting value creation to be deeply integrated into operational results.

The meeting emphasized that the current period is crucial for establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements through learning and education, and all levels of Party organizations must effectively promote the deep integration of learning and education with central work, clearly defining responsible parties for each key work item, refining work indicators, quantifying target tasks, and comprehensively solidifying work responsibilities at all levels. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the advancement of key tasks, promote work closure, ensure that various deployment requirements are implemented effectively, and assist in improving the operational quality and efficiency of Baogang Group.
