Phillips 66, Kinder Morgan Extend Open Season for Western Gateway Pipeline

Phillips 66 and Kinder Morgan have extended the open season for their proposed Western Gateway Pipeline until April 15. The extension was prompted by continued shipper interest and the addition of new delivery options into the Los Angeles market via Kinder Morgan’s SFPP system. The project is currently in the commercial development stage, with final capacity allocations depending on the outcome of this extended open season.
