The domestic petrochemical futures market saw a significant decline during the night session, with liquefied petroleum gas futures main contract dropping 7.72%, closing at 6571 yuan/ton; polypropylene futures main contract fell 3.73%, closing at 8994 yuan/ton; pure benzene futures main contract decreased 2.68%, closing at 8382 yuan/ton; methanol futures main contract dropped 1.85%, closing at 3127 yuan/ton; plastic futures main contract fell 3.36%, closing at 8792 yuan/ton; propylene futures main contract decreased 4.21%, closing at 8812 yuan/ton; PTA futures main contract dropped 2.94%, closing at 6602 yuan/ton; styrene futures main contract fell 2.68%, closing at 10100 yuan/ton; ethylene glycol futures main contract dropped 3.19%, closing at 5130 yuan/ton; paraxylene futures main contract fell 3.85%, closing at 9484 yuan/ton.
