Gelonghui, March 27 — Jiande International Holdings(00865.HK) released its 2025 annual results. Revenue increased by 19.0% to RMB 91.28 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, mainly due to an increase in properties completed and delivered to customers by the end of the year. The company's attributable loss to owners decreased by 82.6% to RMB 7.05 million, primarily due to a decrease in net fair value changes of investment properties and income tax expenses. Basic loss per share was 0.12 cents.
